Craig Predieri Named Department's New Chief Legal Counsel

Ohio Department of Insurance Director Mary Jo Hudson announced in late June that Craig Predieri has been named Chief Legal Counsel for the Department.

"Craig has a proven knowledge of the laws governing the insurance marketplace in Ohio," said Director Hudson. "He has been an important part of the Department of Insurance team for more than four years, and I am confident he will excel in this new position."

Predieri is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Capital University Law School. His previous experience includes being an Associate at Thompson Hine, LLP in Columbus, as well as a Senior Underwriting Team Leader at State Farm Insurance Company in Newark, OH and a Licensed Insurance Agent at Prudential Insurance in Ontario, OH.

Predieri joined the Department of Insurance in February 2004 and has served as Assistant Chief of the Legal Division.
