A Home State Certification Letter(s) for an agent or agency may be requested in several different ways. Please review the options below and choose the option that best suits your needs.

Electronically via SIRCON:
Payment method: Credit Card
Printing location: Selected printer of requester (PDF Letter)
Cost: $7.00 ($5.00 Sircon processing fee plus $2.00 ODI Fee)
Processing time: Real time – immediate response


Electronically via ODI:
Payment method: Invoice agent, agency or Insurance Company
Printing location: ODI prints and mails to requestor
Cost: $2.00 (ODI Fee)
Processing time: 2-5 business days


Mail or Fax Request to the Department:
Payment method: Check, money order or
Invoice agent, agency or Insurance Company
Printing location: ODI prints and mails to requestor
Cost: $2.00 (ODI Fee)
Processing time: 2-5 business days
