RESCISSION OF BULLETINS 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, 18, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 37, 39, 40, 43, 44, 45, 46, 1-02, 5-01, 79-1, 80-1, 80-1a, 80-4, 81-2, 81-3, 81-4, 81-5, 83-5, 84-2, 85-2, 87-1, 87-3, 89-1, 89-2, 90-5, 91-4, 93-1, 93-5, 94-1, 94-6, 94-7, 96-2, 98-3, and 2000-1
The purpose of this bulletin is to rescind forty-eight Ohio Department of Insurance bulletins that are outdated or are covered by subsequent statutes or rules. In December, the Department posted a notice on its website announcing that fifty-two bulletins were under review for rescission. Of those, this bulletin addresses Bulletins 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, 18, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 37, 39, 40, 43, 44, 45, 46, 1-02, 5-01, 79-1, 80-1, 80-1a, 80-4, 81-2, 81-3, 81-4, 81-5, 83-5, 84-2, 85-2, 87-1, 87-3, 89-1, 89-2, 90-5, 91-4, 93-1, 93-5, 94-1, 94-6, 94-7, 96-2, 98-3, and 2000-1.
As set out below, the following forty-eight bulletins are hereby rescinded:
