To ensure Ohio beneficiaries are able to make informed decisions without being pressured into choosing a Medicare prescription drug plan, the Ohio Department of Insurance has created this on-line toolkit to provide educational material to consumers and insurance agents on avoiding predatory sales practices. If you have any questions about Medicare prescription drug coverage, please call the Department's Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) at 1-800-686-1578. Please call the Department's fraud hotline at 1-800-686-1527 if you suspect an agent is conducting inappropriate marketing/sales practices.
