Prior to joining the department, Craig worked in the private sector for over 20 years in the property casualty insurance industry. He brings over 14 years of leadership experience to the Department, including supervisor, quality coordinator and call center manager roles. |
Craig
joined the Department in November of 2007 as Assistant Director
in the Consumer Services Division where he leads the Consumer
Services operation and the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information
Program (OSHIIP).
