the Department's Financial Regulation Services operation. Rossbach
assisted in the development of a insurance company financial
surveillance model that is being implemented nationwide. |
Bill
Rossbach was named the Department's Chief Regulatory Officer
in February 2008. He joined Financial Regulation Services in
1976 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2003. Rossbach
manages a staff that monitors and reviews the financial activity
and solvency of Ohio licensed insurance companies.
