The Ohio Department of Insurance's mission is to provide consumer protection through education and fair but vigilant regulation while promoting a stable and competitive environment for insurers. To accomplish that goal, it is important that we consistently regulate Ohio's insurance laws. On February 12, 2008, Governor Ted Strickland signed Executive Order 2008-04S Implementing Common Sense Business Regulations. |
